TeacherActive are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming early years setting in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education for young children.
The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an active role in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS, supporting children to develop, thrive, and feel secure in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS
- Plan and lead stimulating, age-appropriate activities
- Act as a key person for a group of children
- Observe, assess, and record children's development and progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
