- What We Need From You:
- No Qualifications? No Problem! We don’t require Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications, but we do need you to have experience working with children or young people (and references to prove it!).
- Knowledge of EYFS & Safeguarding: You should be confident in working to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and understand child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Initiative: We want someone who can work independently but also as part of a fantastic team.
- DBS Required: Successful applicants must have, or apply for, an enhanced DBS and provide at least 2 references.
