Available Roles

  1. Nursery Assistant

    Ideal for those beginning their childcare journey or working towards qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting daily routines and care of children aged 0 5
    • Assisting with meal times, hygiene, and play activities
    • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment
    • Observing and recording children\\\'s progress under supervision

    Requirements:

    • A genuine interest in working with young children
    • Willingness to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Childcare (if not already held)
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
  2. Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

    Ideal for experienced childcare professionals ready to take ownership of planning and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and delivering age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
    • Key person responsibilities including observations, assessments, and planning
    • Promoting children s well-being, safety, and development
    • Building strong partnerships with parents and carers

    Requirements:

    • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
    • Experience in a nursery or early years setting
    • Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
    • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  3. Nursery Room Leader

    A fantastic opportunity for experienced practitioners ready to lead and inspire.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading a room team to deliver outstanding care and education
    • Supporting and mentoring junior staff and apprentices
    • Monitoring children s progress and maintaining high standards of observation and assessment
    • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and safeguarding regulations
