We are currently recruiting for passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our Nursery Agency supply service in Scunthorpe! This role offers the chance to work within various vibrant Early Years settings, supporting children to achieve their milestones and providing high-quality care and education giving you the perfect opportunity to exapnd your skillset across a variety of locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through play and structured activities
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety standards are consistently upheld
Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments to support children’s progress
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
Have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be creative, caring, and committed to providing the best possible outcomes for children
Show a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of nursery life
