To be considered for this position as a Nursery Assistant, you must have at least 6 months experience working in a Nursery environment, as you must know how to keep a safe environment for the children and provide fun activities that help children learn and develop. The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant or similar)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
