Are you an engaging and dedicated SEND Support Staff member with a passion for helping pupils succeed? Do you have the patience and resilience needed to support children with additional needs? Are you hardworking, reliable and confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff?
The school is looking to appoint SEND Support Staff on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent. The successful SEND Support Staff member will support pupils with SEND across the school, helping them access learning, develop independence and remain engaged throughout the school day.
The successful SEND Support Staff will have:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is desirable
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Confidence supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, dedicated and hardworking approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
