We are looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity for long-term roles for the right Cover Supervisor. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
- Experience managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A confident and adaptable approach to different classroom settings
- The ability to work independently and follow lesson plans effectively
