Are you an experienced Support Assistant with a passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Responsibilities
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Support Assistant (SEND) from September on a long-term basis. The successful Support Assistant (SEND) will work closely with students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, providing both classroom and one-to-one support to promote engagement, independence, and academic progress.

Qualifications
The successful Support Assistant (SEND) will have:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND within an educational setting
- Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A commitment to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
