Salary: £180 - £220 per day

Are you a qualified Science Teacher with a passion for inspiring the next generation of scientists? Do you hold QTS and have the ability to teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4? Are you looking for a long-term Science Teacher role in a supportive secondary school environment?

The school promotes ambition, resilience and achievement, creating a welcoming atmosphere where both staff and pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Science Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis from September.

The successful Science Teacher will deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, specialising in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, whilst maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.

Qualifications
  • QTS with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
  • Experience teaching Science up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
