Location: Gateshead

Start Date: Immediate Start / September 2026

Salary: £90 - £110 per day

Responsibilities

  • Supporting students across Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4, providing one-to-one catch-up sessions and tailored classroom support for children with hearing impairments.
  • The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children or young people with hearing impairments
  • Experience working within a school or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to provide tailored one-to-one support
