The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Criminology Teacher on a temporary basis from September. The successful Criminology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 4 / KS4 and Key Stage 5 / KS5, supporting students to develop their understanding of criminal justice systems, crime, punishment, and social influences. The successful Criminology Teacher will also be expected to maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.

Qualifications

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching Criminology, Sociology, Psychology, or a related subject
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
