The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a full‑time, long‑term temporary basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will support secondary‑aged pupils, working closely with teaching staff to promote engagement, manage behaviour positively and help students overcome barriers to learning. This Teaching Assistant role would suit someone looking to commit to a school long‑term and become a valued member of the team.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Experience working with secondary‑aged pupils in a PRU, alternative provision or similar setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills
