The school promotes a supportive and inclusive environment where staff work closely together to ensure pupils, parents, and visitors receive a positive experience from the moment they enter the school.
The school is looking to appoint a School Admin Assistant, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 12:30pm. The successful School Admin Assistant will be responsible for front office operations, managing communications with parents and visitors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider administrative team using SIMS and ParentPay systems.
The successful School Admin Assistant will have:
- Previous experience working within a school administration role
- Experience using SIMS
- Experience using ParentPay
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service
- A professional and welcoming approach to front office duties
