We are seeking adaptable, resilient, and proactive Newly Qualified Teachers with a genuine passion for teaching and encouraging students' learning and development. Successful candidates must have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a subject specialism and a minimum of 6 months experience in KS3, KS4, or KS5. Strong communication skills, classroom management, adaptability, and patience are essential for this role.

In return, NQTs will receive:

  • A competitive rate of pay starting at Β£166.32
  • Ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant with specialist industry knowledge

All supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, providing peace of mind that the correct level of tax and national insurance is being deducted, without any additional admin charges.
