The school is looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA on a temporary basis with the opportunity to make a real impact across the school. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, deliver planned lessons when required and work closely with teaching staff to support pupil progress.
The successful HLTA will have:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Experience delivering lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach
