The predicted salary is between 20 - 20 £ per hour.
We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team supporting children and young people with complex needs. You will create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality residential environment where young people can thrive.
The successful manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the home, leading and developing the staff team, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and delivering exceptional care that meets the individual needs of every young person.
Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards if appropriate)
- Previous experience managing or deputising within a children's residential home
- Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH, EBD, ADHD and learning difficulties
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's home legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A child-focused approach with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
