Salary: £13,037.88 - £14,226.92 per annum (pro rata)

The college places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, personal development and employability, creating a positive culture where learners are supported to achieve their ambitions.

The college is looking to appoint a permanent, part-time Success Coach to join their Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team from August. The successful Success Coach will provide one-to-one and group coaching, deliver engaging personal development sessions, monitor attendance and progress, and work closely with curriculum, safeguarding and student services teams to remove barriers to learning and support positive student outcomes.

The successful Success Coach will have:

  • Experience supporting young people within an education, training or pastoral setting
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills
  • Experience monitoring student progress, attendance or engagement
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, PREVENT and student wellbeing practices
  • The ability to deliver engaging classroom-based personal development sessions
  • A proactive, organised and compassionate approach to supporting learners
