The successful Learning Support Advisor will play a key role in supporting learners with their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help students overcome barriers to learning, promote positive engagement, and support the delivery of tailored learning strategies to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
The successful Learning Support Advisor will have:
- Level 2 minimum in English and Maths
- Experience in advising young people in a diverse educational setting
- Excellent communication skills
- A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Experience supporting students with complex learning needs
