We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Humanities Lecturer to join the team and play a key role in inspiring learners to excel in their studies and progress onto higher education or rewarding careers. The successful Humanities Lecturer will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, creating a positive and motivating classroom environment where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves and succeed. You will work closely with learners to help them achieve excellent outcomes, while confidently delivering innovative schemes of learning that bring your subject to life and develop students’ confidence, ambition, and real-world understanding.

The successful Humanities Lecturer will have:

  • A first class or 2:1 degree in a Humanities subject
  • QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
  • Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
