Can you inspire young minds with engaging and creative lessons across Key Stage 1 / KS1? Do you have strong classroom management and the confidence to adapt to different KS1 classes? Are you a versatile Primary Teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Middlesbrough looking for a confident and adaptable KS1 Teacher. The school is seeking a versatile teacher who can provide effective classroom cover across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and create a positive learning environment for pupils.
The school is looking to take on a KS1 Teacher on a short-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful KS1 Teacher will provide versatile classroom cover across KS1, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning, and adapting effectively to the needs of different classes.
The successful KS1 Teacher will have:
- QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
- Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, adaptable and positive approach
