Are you a passionate Primary or Secondary Teacher looking for flexible work in a welcoming middle school environment this September? I am currently working with a well-established and inclusive middle school in the Redditch area, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and adaptable teachers for day-to-day and short-term supply. This is an excellent opportunity for both Upper KS2 Primary Teachers and Secondary Teachers who enjoy teaching across Years 5–8 and supporting pupils through the transition between primary and secondary education.

The school has a strong community ethos, placing relationships, respect and high expectations at the heart of everything they do. Staff work collaboratively to create an engaging learning environment where every pupil feels supported, challenged and encouraged to achieve their full potential. As part of a successful local trust, there may also be opportunities to work across other nearby middle schools.

The school is looking for teachers who are flexible, reliable and passionate about making a positive impact, whether covering planned absences or providing continuity for pupils during short-term staffing needs.

The successful teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a Primary or Secondary school.
  • Confidence delivering engaging lessons across Upper KS2 and/or Lower KS3.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A flexible, proactive and positive approach to teaching.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
