The school is looking to take on a dedicated Cover Teacher on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right Cover Teacher.
The successful Cover Teacher will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects at Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
The successful Cover Teacher will have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
