The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant from September on a flexible basis, with shifts available throughout the year and optional work during the summer holidays. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across all nursery age groups, helping to create a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment while assisting with daily routines and learning activities.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
- Level 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
