Leading, supporting and inspiring a team of Early Years Practitioners Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery Promoting outdoor learning and Forest School activities Ensuring the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety Building positive relationships with children, parents and staff Supporting staff development, training and progression Creating a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive We're looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (minimum) Has previous nursery management or leadership experience Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework Is confident with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding procedures Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and child development Is organised, approachable and a natural team leader Can bring fresh ideas, positivity and enthusiasm to the nursery Has Forest School experience or training (desirable) Why work with TeacherActive?
