TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools across Berwick, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher on a temporary long-term basis. These schools are committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The schools are looking to take on a driven Maths Teacher who can confidently deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Maths Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver lessons, monitor student progress, and maintain excellent classroom behaviour management throughout the placement.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

  • QTS with a Maths specialism
  • Experience teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude
  • A can-do approach with the willingness to get stuck in
