The school is looking to appoint a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis within a Year 3 class. The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will support classroom learning, work closely with the class teacher, and provide targeted one-to-one support where required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability throughout the school day.
The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will have:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
- Experience working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Good understanding of Key Stage 2 / KS2 learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability and a positive, proactive attitude
