These homes are dedicated to promoting stability, independence, and positive outcomes for children through high-quality care and support.

We are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity for long-term positions for the right Residential Support Worker. The successful Residential Support Worker will support young people with daily routines, encourage positive behaviours, promote emotional wellbeing, and help create a safe and structured living environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights, is essential.

The successful Residential Support Worker will have:

  • Experience working with children or young people in a residential, care, or support setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with young people
  • A calm and resilient approach to challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights
