We are actively recruiting for Teaching Assistants and SEND Teaching Assistants to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. Our Teaching Assistants play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Teaching Assistant doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience in the UK
- Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16
- Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
- Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
