Are you a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor looking for a rewarding role within a school setting? Do you have the ability to manage behaviour positively and ensure children remain safe during lunch periods? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in South Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor. The school has a warm and inclusive ethos, with a strong focus on supporting pupils both academically and socially within a safe and engaging environment.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor on a short-term or long-term basis with an immediate start available. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunch breaks, promoting positive behaviour, ensuring children’s safety, and supporting pupils both inside the dining hall and outdoors during playtime.

The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have:

  • Experience working with children within a school or childcare setting
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A caring and patient approach
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
