Are you a passionate and experienced SEND TA? We are currently working with excellent SEND schools in Loughborough to find teaching assistants to join them on day to day/Week by week supply. We are looking for teaching assistants who have experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities. This role will require personal care. You do not need to have previous experience with this but you must be comfortable providing this (helping the children with toileting/changing pads etc).
In order to be a successful SEND TA you must:
- Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
- Be kind, patient and understanding
- Have great communication skills
- Have compassion and empathy
