Location: Loughborough

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £34,398 - £43,595 per annum FTE (depending on experience and qualifications), plus an additional SEND qualification allowance of £1,393 to £4,787 per annum.

The college is looking to appoint a SEND Foundation Lecturer on either a full‑time or part‑time permanent basis. The successful candidate will deliver personalised learning programmes, prepare students for adulthood and independence, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure each learner receives the highest standard of support throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications:

  • PGCE, CertEd or QTS
  • Experience working with students with SEND, particularly autism, ADHD and learning disabilities
  • Experience delivering personalised teaching within a specialist education setting
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A commitment to equality, inclusion and person‑centred learning
