This fantastic Poplar school is looking for Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic, patient and committed to making a positive difference. You will play a key role in supporting pupils across the classroom, reinforcing learning, encouraging participation and helping pupils to stay focused and engaged. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff to ensure every child receives consistent guidance, structure and encouragement throughout the day.
You may be supporting small groups, working with whole-class activities, or offering additional support to pupils who need a bit more help with their learning—every day will be different, and no two children are the same.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting (or similar)
