Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality KS4 and A Level Psychology lessons, plan and assess effectively, monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support pupils pastorally, contribute to enrichment opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to promote high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have a degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Have experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, including GCSE and A Level.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an understanding of assessment requirements.
- Be confident supporting pupils with SEND, EAL and additional learning needs.
- Hold UK Right to Work and show a commitment to high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.
