The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 Β£ per hour.

We are recruiting Learning Coaches and Support Mentors to deliver outreach-based support for learners disengaged from mainstream education. This role focuses on building confidence, emotional regulation, and readiness to learn, supporting young people on their pathway back into education or training.

Role Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 mentoring and structured support sessions
  • Supporting learners with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD
  • Delivery in community venues, education settings, or learner homes
  • Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Previous experience in SEND, mentoring, or education support roles
  • Calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
  • Safeguarding and behaviour management training
