The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and collaborative Early Years team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of education and care.

The Role

  • Supporting teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Delivering planned lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Working closely with teachers to support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Leading small group interventions to accelerate progress and raise attainment.
  • Contributing to assessment and observation within the EYFS framework.
  • Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences that promote curiosity and independence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • HLTA status or equivalent experience working at HLTA level within a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and framework.
  • Experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception classes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
  • A passion for Early Years education and helping children achieve their full potential.
