The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and collaborative Early Years team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of education and care.
The Role
- Supporting teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Delivering planned lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher.
- Working closely with teachers to support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
- Leading small group interventions to accelerate progress and raise attainment.
- Contributing to assessment and observation within the EYFS framework.
- Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences that promote curiosity and independence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- HLTA status or equivalent experience working at HLTA level within a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and framework.
- Experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
- A passion for Early Years education and helping children achieve their full potential.
