Job Title: Early Years TA Location: East Ham Start Date: September Salary: £90 - £105 per day

We are seeking an Early Years TA who can create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for young children and support children across EYFS within a primary school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support children across EYFS, ensuring a safe, happy, and confident learning environment.
  • Plan and lead creative, play‑based activities, storytelling, singing, and child‑led learning experiences.
  • Observe and support children’s language, numeracy, and social development.
  • Maintain a clean and safe nursery environment.
  • Document observations and support safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable).
  • Experience supporting children within EYFS.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Ability to plan and lead engaging learning activities.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
