The school places diversity and equity at the heart of everything they do and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who will inspire children through fun, engaging and supportive learning experiences.

The school is looking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September 2026. The successful Teaching Assistant will work across Nursery and Reception, supporting both mainstream pupils and children with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive classroom environment while encouraging every child to achieve their full potential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience working within Nursery and Reception settings
  • Experience supporting children with additional learning needs in a mainstream environment
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • A good understanding of child development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
