Responsibilities
- Support children within a primary school setting on a one-to-one basis
- Apply trauma-informed practice to support pupils with additional emotional needs
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils
- Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Remain patient, calm and resilient in challenging situations
- Maintain a flexible and proactive attitude
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
- A good understanding of trauma-informed practice and supporting pupils with additional emotional needs
- Experience providing one-to-one support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
