Are you an enthusiastic Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting primary-aged pupils? Do you have experience supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs? Are you confident supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups?

The setting is looking to take on an Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant will support primary-aged pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning and providing appropriate support for their individual needs.
The successful Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting primary-aged children with additional learning needs
- Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support
- A patient and supportive approach
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible and adaptable approach
