Are you passionate about helping children achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated KS2 SATs Booster Tutor to support Year 5 and Year 6 pupils in the run-up to their SATs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong subject knowledge and a knack for making learning engaging, accessible and confidence-boosting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted English and/or Maths SATs booster sessions to KS2 pupils
  • Create engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Assess progress and provide clear feedback to pupils and parents
  • Support pupils in developing exam techniques and confidence
  • Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience teaching or tutoring at KS2 level (Year 5/6 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and SATs assessment criteria
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A patient, motivating approach to learning
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
