Talent Acquisition Consultant – TeacherActive

Responsibilities
- Recruit excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area
- Adhere to weekly targets and KPI’s, set in conjunction with your manager
- Market to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients using a combination of traditional and digital methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Lead from the front to develop business alongside your team
- Brief employees on current sales goals, campaigns and other relevant information
- Motivate the team to achieve the highest possible outcomes, while balancing wellbeing
- Ensure strict adherence to TeacherActive’s compliance standards
- Interact with customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and act on feedback
- Headhunt candidates for specialist teaching, eLearning and leadership roles where required
- Embody TeacherActive’s culture and company values
- Adhere to high ethical and professional standards
- Reflect on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development
- Contribute positively within the Leadership Development Group (LDG)
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector to maximise potential opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous recruitment experience
- Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
- Ability to drive strong activity levels
- Previous work within a high compliance sector
- A high standard of written and oral communication skills
- Proactive work with central support teams
- Outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Working Hours
- Term time – 07:30 am start, finishing between 4:30‑5:30 pm
- School holidays – 08:30‑3:30 pm or 9:00‑4:00 pm (opportunities to leave earlier)
- Office‑based – full time
Compensation
£28,000 – £41,150 per year + Uncapped Commission
