The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on student engagement, behaviour management, and academic progress across all subjects. The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, working closely with class teachers to deliver targeted support, manage behaviour, and help students reach their full potential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience supporting students in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
  • A positive and adaptable approach to working with young people
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
