Salary: £130 - £180 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Goole, who are looking to appoint a dedicated KS1 Teacher. This welcoming school creates a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a passion for learning. The leadership team are committed to supporting both staff and pupils, creating a strong community feel throughout the school.

The school is looking to take on a passionate KS1 Teacher on a full-time long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right KS1 Teacher. The successful KS1 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 / KS1, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential. The successful KS1 Teacher will work closely with the wider teaching team to provide a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications

  • QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
  • Excellent classroom management
  • A strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • The ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude
