What does an average day look like?

• Supporting individual pupils or small groups with literacy and numeracy
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Providing one-to-one support for children with additional needs
• Communicating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child’s progress
