TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Junior School in Derbyshire that are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant from September. The school is a fantastic village school looking for an experienced qualified teaching assistant that is able to support the class and occasionally be able to support the class in the teachers absence. This role will turn into a permanent position for the correct candidate. We\’re looking for people that are determined to make a difference in the school and adapt and integrate into the great culture they already have.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working in a primary school & nursery
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for working with young children and making a difference in their lives
Experience supporting and leading the class in the teachers absence
Exceptional knowledge of safeguarding
