This is an exciting opportunity to join a nurturing and forward-thinking setting that focuses on each child’s individual development and wellbeing through creative, play-based learning.
The nursery provides a stimulating and engaging environment both indoors and outdoors, encouraging children to explore, discover and develop essential life skills in a safe and supportive setting.
The nursery is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education, to join their team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and may work across different age groups, supporting children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (required)
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- A positive, ‘can-do’ approach and willingness to get involved
- A caring, patient and adaptable nature
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
