TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary SEN LSA. This inclusive school prides itself on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive both academically and socially.

The school is looking to take on a committed Primary SEN LSA on a long‑term basis starting immediately. The successful Primary SEN LSA will be supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to children with SEN needs and helping them to access the curriculum effectively throughout the school day.

The successful Primary SEN LSA will have:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis
  • A caring and patient nature
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Experience working within a Primary School setting
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
