TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School based in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a Reception LSA on a long‑term basis. This school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love for learning from an early age. The school is looking for a dedicated Reception LSA to support pupils within the Reception class on a full‑time, long‑term basis. The successful Reception LSA will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play, phonics activities and early development, while helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience working within an EYFS or Primary setting
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring and patient approach to supporting young children
