TeacherActive is working closely with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hackney to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing primary setting.
The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Support pupils with additional learning needs to access the curriculum
- Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

- Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting
