The school is looking to take on a dedicated English Teacher on a temp to perm basis. The successful English Teacher will be teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging lessons that challenge and motivate learners of all abilities. The successful English Teacher will be expected to build positive relationships, maintain high standards in the classroom, and contribute positively to a thriving English department.
The successful English Teacher will have:
- QTS with an English specialism
- Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong curriculum knowledge and lesson planning ability
- The ability to engage and inspire secondary students
- A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
